Serverway a.k.a. Plan-PC never billed me to renew one of my domains and resold it to someoneELSE. Last time I tried to renew another one, they claimed to never have received the payment. Now they removed my login information so I can't renew ANYTHING and some of my other domains are expiring too. You CAN'T EVEN SWITCH COMPANIES, I know of people who paind them to transfer the domain to another companies and they NEVER did. That is disgusting! |

At first Serverway was pretty good, and cheap. But they've been sliding downhill fast. There's constant outages. My e-mail was down for weeks. Then a hacker got deleted everyone's index pages, and no one was even e-mailed notification. They just replaced everyone's index page with a message saying that if you're the admin, you have to replace your web page. The past couple of days I haven't been able to access my account at all. Thank God my domain name is registered elsewhere, I'm getting out. Their prices are about the same as other budget hosts now, I'm sure anyone can find better. |

Initially very happy with this provider, but a few small outages have cascaded into large outages, with me not even being able to log into serverway.net, nor even view their main page, and my domain is broken.
I'm moving off this mob - a pity, as I initially thought they were OK. |

Support appears to be non-existent.
My main issue with them is the number of times my site just times out, and the times that I can't connect to the server to send or receive mail. Even right now I cannot see my site or any sub-domains, nor can I log into the admin page, or even see the Serverway top page! This happens all too often and it is only because it is a pain in the butt to go through the whole registration with another place that I haven't done so already...but I am pretty fed up and i think it is time to bite the bullet and starting looking for a new host...any suggestions? |

Serverway is terrible. Eaven doteasy start package (25 dollar per year with domain name for free) was better.

I have been trying to transfer my domain kyiv-lions-club.org out of serverway for 3 months. I have literally had no response from their support.
I have e-mailed them literally 100 times and they have not taken any action. I am even beginning to wonder if there is anyone actually at serverway.
If you are planning to use serverway you should think long and hard.

We have used serverway for 3 and 1/2 years now. Their support has been great, we get fast responces. In all the time we have been with them we have only had 2 outages, one lasted 4 hours but for only having 2 outages in 3.5 years that's not bad. |

This used to be a good host that cared about their customers, but alas, all good things must end.
There support can only be described as PATHETIC. They don’t respond to tickets in a timely manner, and when they do it’s dripping with condescension (“you must not understand how things work”).
They seem to have a lot of issues whenever they upgrade.
Also this company only has 2 people working for it (Mat and Ray). Ray is one of those techies that like to blame something ‘on your end’. Of course, all the problems were on their end and eventually were fixed by them (after day and sometimes weeks of downtime).
Email is not reliable at all. Don’t bank your business on these unprofessional tools
