Working from Australia, I have no trouble running a reliable site on the US servers - they even phoned me internationally for identity confirmation. Web browser latency to Australia is better than many Australian servers. Pricing is better than I can get here. I take my hosting for granted because it just works.
The absolute best hosting company I have had in 10 years of woning my domain. This hosting service is very friendly to The Next Generation genealogy program.

I have been with SimplyHosting.net for more than four years. The products and services they offer are the best. The best value for the price. The best service I could ask for. I've always had exceptionally fast responses. I like the fact that I can buy a reseller plan to host my multiple domains and not have to pay for individually hosting them. SimplyHosting.net just upgraded to new versions of cPanel and WHM, both are fantastic!
I don't know how I lucked into Simply Hosting. It certainly wasn't because of savvy research. Though there were a couple of rough months (I believe during a growth transition), there service has been great. Not only that, SH passes on their price reductions, server upgrades, and software additions to their existing customers at no charge.
Their staff has been friendly, no matter how annoying or basic my questions have been. My website demands have been small, so I can't speak for large website owners/resellers, but I would recommend this service to anyone, no matter how large the site.
I never have to worry about my hosting - its never down, always fast. Billing and domain name renewal handled perfectly. Generous features for the price.
I have yet to complete my website because I'm not familiar with setting it up. Simply Hosting has been awesome at answering my questions quickly and informatively and they've made my new experience of setting up a website easier.

I have been using hosting services since 1995. With most of the companies in the past I have had issues.
Last night I came across simplyhosting.net and had some questions. So, I emailed their support and received a quick and complete answer to my questions in a matter of a few minutes. I emailed back with more questions. Same results.
Today I transfered my hosting to them. There were a few issues to be resolved to enable all the features to work. Each of these issues were handled promptly and professionally with the site up and running correctly in just a couple of hours. Another words GREAT customer service.
