I started using SiteHQ for my personal site and since i have used them for my business site and i have pointed all my clients to SiteHQ as well as friends and family. Their customer support has always been excellent. I have not found anyone who can beat their prices for an equivalent package!
I've only been working online for around 4 years, for the first 3 years of that period I used 3 different hosting services and for the price was never happy with any.
A web developer friend working in local government reccomended SiteHQ to me and as a trial i bought a small hosting package, within four months i went whole hog and splashed out on a fully featured reseller account and gradually transferred 4 sites to my account.
SiteHQ have been fantastic and the staff always freindly and helpful.
On one occasion after sending an email request for help regarding a problem that was beyond my technical knowledge I was shocked to recieve a phone-call from the support team offering me help!!! (within 30mins of sending my request)
The support technician helped me over the phone for at least 20mins. Now I don't expect that service on a daily basis and the case in point was complex (at least for me) but their commitment to customer service is fantastic and in my experience emails sent to them within office hours are replied to quickly (often within the hour) and the clarity of technical support offered is outstanding.
I have no regrets in moving all of my site sto siteHQ servers and have reccomended them to a number of colleagues and clients
Well what can I say about SiteHQ? Absolutley nothing that hasn't been offered in a favourable context already. This company are above superlatives! I have a number of customers' sites on their servers, and as I manage the sites, I can honestly say there have never been any problems in any form. Indeed I moved a few customers from larger hosting, apparently "well respected" companies, to SiteHQ and cannot recommend them highly enough. SiteHQ staff were both friendly and informative whnever I have made even the most basic of requests!

I recently had t find a new host for some small sites, and SiteHQ was recomended to me. They have very kindly offered me free charity hosting for 2 sites, and I also pay for hosting for my own site. The prices are fantastic, with lots of services offered. Support is fantastic, and very quick. 5/5 all round!

I have been with several hosts in the past before finally settling on Site HQ. Unlike all the others I have dealt with their defining quality in my mind is their customer service. If you telephone you immediately get through to someone who can help and importantly is willing help. E-mails are similarly handled. Excellent host and thoroughly recommended.

In my experience, the packages are excellent, the support is first class and the prices are amazing. Its a chancy business going with a particular web host but I have no hesitation in saying that your risk is definitley minimised if you go with a company that are as professional, knowledgable and helpful as SiteHQ.
Unprofessional to the worst degree. Unreliable up times and disgraceful customer service. Good luck getting any sort of constructive discussion out of the owner if you should dare make a complaint about the service. Extreme difficulty in honoring service contracts and poor employee communication. After I made a complaint about a contract being terminated without notice, I didn’t get one email that wasn’t rude, patronizing, or egotistical. Owner of the company actually had the nerve to send me an email with patronizing and bigoted comments towards my religious beliefs and send sexist slurs to a business acquaintance! Customers are not the priority number one with this company because they’re less than willing to resolve customer issues. They resort to harassment and slurs when customers have complaints. Accountability is a real issue with this server. Every problem is somebody else’s fault and never a fault on their end. I was more than happy to take my business elsewhere. Save your money and your time and go with a server without issues towards religious beliefs or women in general.
I have been with SiteHQ server since they first launched and i can honestly say i have received nothing but first class service and support.
Emails and support tickets are always answered quickly and efficiently.
The only periods of slow time i have received is when some large forums caused server problems, but i was then told the accounts were removed from the server and have had no performace issues since :)
Ive been with SiteHQ for a very long time, and the management has only IMPROVED with the new owner, who is building on a SOLID AND STABLE BASE laid down by the previous owners.
The only reason the server was down, was because of the above reviewers site, who trashed the server more then once, Im glad sitehq took the action they did to remedy this, and ensure the most customers possible had the normal excellent service they were used to.
All the above reviewers words are lies, infact she was not even a customer of sitehq, her husband was - and they were given a 4 week notice period, and refunded any due moneies. They are talkign a load of rubbish, because SiteHQ are one of the most professional hosts, and Martyin/Khalid some of the most talented and nice guys I have ever met.
Very responsive company with helpful and persistent technical support, excellent pricing and good deals, excellent range of features available. Let down by unreliable access (3rd party static DNS provider) which has impacted ability to use email for the last couple of months. Hopefully this will soon be resolved and service will revert to excellent again.
I have been with SiteHQ (http://www.sitehq.co.uk) for several months now, and I have never had a better host! My last host was horrible, and I was so relieved to find a great host like this. The customer service is awesome (I always get a response within HOURS!!), they have great packages to choose from, and have the best features of any host I have even been with (and I have been with about 7 diferent hosts). The best value for your money, hands down!
