I have had one of their windows servers at hostmysite for several years, but now need a linux server because of software changes.
They always answer the phone in person. The techs are friendly, but seem to know a lot more about windows environment. On linux they always hand the ticket off to 2nd level support who send you an email when it's resolved.
There may be better linux providers, but I went them because they are a good company. |

I used to host a site with them before moving to a reseller account. I had an account with them for a reasonable time to give them a fair review.
First I will start with their CONS -
1. Their Control Panel has no Controls in it, except for managing your Credit Card and Contact information.
2. They are on a Bit Expensive side but not very expensive.
3. You have to pay a Setup Fee if you don't Pre Pay for one year.
4. You Have to remind their support team that you have a Linux account [ Their Main Business is Windows Hosting! ]
Pros -
1. Live Chat - Sometimes Their Support team spent hours helping me with even some trivial issues like uploading my files or downloading the log files. Best of all - It's available truly 24 X 7.
2. Very Reliable Infrastructure.
3. Excellent Uptime and Response Time. [ I used SiteUptime.com's Free Service to monitor it! ]
4. Though Most of the changes are done manually by their technicians [ Like Setting up Addon Domains, changing Settings etc.] but they are very fast at it.
Overall I will highly reccommend it host. |
