I've been with Strato (the original german branch of the firm) since 2002, when I shared a hosting package with a friend, but soon we split and I got my own.
I never had any downtimes, except e-mail which had been down about 5 hours all together in that time. Three too many connetion problems all solved within 24 hours, the last time so fast I had not time to report it.
They answer quickly and polite to all inquiries, whether it is per phone or per e-mail. New domains are registered fast and available within a few days, the features are constantly upgraded. If a hosting package got more features, you profit from them even when they weren't available by the time you made your order.
Strato might seem a bit expensive, but with all the security, backlogs and other services they provide, it's absolutely worth it. |

I changed my host to strato and am very happy with their service. they are offering a good deal for christmas - one yr free hosting. without that the products are still cheap. they are the second largest in germany - true german quality and reliable. |
