This company is nothing short of exploitative. Shorty after registering my domain and signing up for host service, their site was down for several periods. They said they were upgrading, but I got locked out of my site too many times. I moved my site to another server and then my domain name expired without my knowledge. It remains in a "protected status" and I have no access to my site or my domain name without this company releasing it. They are, essentially holding my own domain name "hostage." Buyer be warned!

Never got a respond from techsupport or customers prep. regards my account. I contact them for 2 main reasons:
1. They claim that the server that hosts my site when crashed. They move my data to other server. Everything is there; however, they switch my plan from Windows Unlimited to reseller on Unix platform which are much less features. I filled 3 tickets complaint about this and got no respond for near a month now.
2. I can't access to control panel for 2 weeks straight. I sent them 4 emails and still no respond.
3. When their system crash, of course they lost all my 3 emails account. I have to create a new account. One out of three as I wanted. They new plan they gave me only allows 1 email account. Not much used for that.
I DO NOT recommented any one to sign up with this service.
The positive thing I got so far is Share*It, respond to me regarding my billing questions.

In a nutshell "very unprofessional and crooked" operations. I paid for their highest deal, the Special option, unlimited everything. I know now, there is no such thing as unlimited. They reside in TURKEY... how apt.. that we turkeys fall for it. Anyway you learn quick or too slow some time :). They suspended my acct ALLEDGING I had too many users accessing their system , THEREFORE used the ABUSE clause...I reminded them that I had the Special Unlimited deal plus the # of visits to my site was beyond my control & not ABUSE. They refused to acknowledge my emails, provide proof or provide options to resolve this issue.

I also noticed that one of the respondents in this feedback actually gave it a 5, WHY... because I know he works for Technolojik...His name is Bahadir??.

Can I make a suggestion, This rip-off company should get a ZERO, ZIP, KOSONG ... please add a zero to you list option.

I've been with Technolojik for 1.5 yrs now. I have had nothing but trouble with Technolojik, lost profitable business, many web sites and databases, simply because Technolojik is constantly reformatting, or moving server without warning you in advance. Since a couple of month, me and my customers had their computers invaded with porn spyware as soon as we connected on their server. Technolojik is constantly hacked, Technolojik doesn't know how to operate servers, Technolojik will change your platform from UNIX to Windows without giving a shit about your need (mind you, you have to move it yourself ... they don't move but they just pull the plug on the server), Technolojik can cut your SSH/Telnet/Shell service and leave you without replacing/reimbursing you, Technolojik will delete your mailing lists. Being from middle-east (Turkish), Technolojik's operators don't understand english fluently and are not able to write it correctly; they speak Turnglish. Technolojik will rarely answer all the questions you ask or address/confront their own problems or the problematic situation probably because they don't understand (I believe it's because Technolojik doesn't want to address Technolojik's problems). Technolojik doesn't reimburse. Technolojik is still too expensive in terms of lost business; you shouldn't even consider getting with Technolojik for free. Run away and fast from Technolojik, otherwise you will loose time, efforts, customers and money. I have lost months of works with them, lost my investment in Technolojik for the whole year in the hosting fees (Technolojik doesn't reimburse or compensate). I have also lost confidence from my customers. Because of Technolojik's problems, the reputation of my sites was damaged by Technolojik. Technolojik is a no-no. Never go with Technolojik, consider paying a little more.
