Like the last poster commented, they are not trust worthy and it's run by young kids. They aren't professional, they double bill and lie to try and cover up. The support could be better. Even worse, when I left to open my own host they spread lies about my company in an attempt to hurt business.
They try to scam you by double billing. They are very immature (the company is run by teenagers) and unprofessional. Customer service is severely lacking - they only reply to support tickets when they feel like it.

On another note, I notice that a lot of the positive reviews on this website are submitted by people who work for UOindustries, or are personal friends of them. For example, Serah and Angela M.
UOIndustries is a very reliable host, and has always been very prompt and freindly to me. Whenever I have an issue, I am immediately responded to via AIM, and it doesn't feel like you're just talking to a regular tech support, you're talking one on one, which really gives it a personalized feel. Service is very flexible, if I need anything, it's added. If you need hosting for your personal website, UOIndustries is a great choice - low pricing, and great support.
The prices are good and the responses are quite fast but the content of the responses are somewhat questionable. I emailed them asking for help and got a very unhelpful response and quite frankly rude which I found very unprofessional.
I have been hosted at UOIndustries for over a year now,and I can honestly say this is the best hosting experience I've ever had.
I have been hosted at several other places in the past and UOI is by far the best.
The whole time that I've been with them, I haven't had any problems with anything. They have been extremely friendly, helpful, and replied to emails or AIM messages very quickly.
They are by far the most helpful hosts I've ever come across..they have always done everything they could to help me with anything I have asked or needed.
The uptime is amazing, my website has almost never been down in the whole time that I've been hosted with UOI.
Finally, the prices are great! You get amazing service at a very low price!
I would recomend UOIndustries to anyone! I have several other hosting experiences to compare this one to, and UOI is by far the best! I have been with them over a year and 1/2 now and the whole time has been great!
This company hosts 2 of my domains and I also have a domain registered through them. I have not ran into a problem with them, yet. Any matter that needs to be resolved is cleared up in a short amount of time and the staff are all willing to help out to the best of their ability. The ordering form is easy to follow and it only takes a few minutes for everything to be set up. I'm very happy with this company and will continue to do business with them for as long as I have an internet presence.
Would never, ever recommend this host. Was harassed repeatedly on AIM regarding payments. Even though I paid via paypal and it was deducted automatically every month. Tried to double bill on several occasions. When I submitted a help form I received less than friendly replies. The harassment was the worst. Everyday they'd IM me pestering me about my payments and email address when everything was up-to-date. Stay away from this host. Extremely unprofessional.
This is the BEST hosting service i've seen. I've been with UOI for over a year now and i've had NO problems with the sevice. Very quick support time. I'll be planning to stick with these for a LONG time.
The worst experience I've ever had with any host. Uptime and service was find, until my account was randomly cancelled for using a script I'd been using for 7 months. After I found this out (had to personally email the owner) I found a new host but continued to be billed. I eventually called Mr. Kormos (owner) and he told me that none of my money would be refunded, my account had never been cancelled but was "suspended as a wake up call", and that my site was too pink and girly to begin with. Terribly rude and immature owner, I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company-- hopefully something will get resolved. I would not recommend under ANY circumstance, not unless you want a teenage boy insulting you over the phone.
