Every experience and contact we have had with USWDH and US Website Design and Hosting has been a breeze. We brought our service from another larger hosting company were it was difficulyt getting support, We have never had a bad experience with USWDH in sales, service or price. I would highly recommend USWDH to anyone looking for hosting.
We have been with US Website Design and Hosting for over 3 years and in all that time we have always had good service. When we have had an issue with our site (it was our fault) they were there to help us fix the problem and get it back in order.
We have to give them 5 out of 5 because they are always ready to help, the support department has always been friendly when we have spoken to them and the hosting servers and plans are space sold to you. you get what you buy you are not fighting to get space or bandwidth.
I have hosted with this company for more then 3 years and I have never had a bad experience. when I have had an issue or question and sent in a support ticket it was always answered fast and to the point and in many cases within minutes.
I was with a host before that offered "UNLIMITED" space until I found out that it really does not exist! It it nice to know that MY SPACE that I have purchased is set aside and is mine, I never have any server issues and I would give the host 5 of 5 across the board.
It was occasionally down. The tech support was surly and demeaning. Eventually, when I complained that emails TO me as well as from me were bouncing, they dropped my account suddenly at 3 a.m. and issued a pro-rated refund.
To give you a sense of the hostile nature of their tech support person, here was his final email to me:
"we have colosed [sic] all accounts no further
contact is needed.. seems like You are your own saboteur, first you catch your self spamming then catch your own virus (if any)"
I asked a technical question and didn't understand their answer, so I asked another question. They pulled the plug on all my sites immediately, leaving me high-and-dry. Very poor business sense. Avoid them.
