I've been with Ubiquity for a little over a month. At first, I was kinda annoyed that I couldn't get a test application working correctly on their servers. However, the customer support team bent over backwards to help me diagnose the problem, and I've got to say that they've really gone above and beyond the call of duty. I've been with hosts in the past who have said "the problem is in your code, you're on your own" but at Ubiquity they've scoured log files for information, tested the application on other servers and taken an active interest in getting me up and running.
I'd recommend Ubiquity to anyone looking for a web host. |
