Very reliable hosting, My website load very fast. I don't see any downtime. Also the price is very cheap. It fit best with my low traffic website.
1) Good price, but they hijack your front pages. We build half-a-dozen large sites there, only to find that there are blatant ad-links, designed to steal your visitors away to buy crap being offered for sale.
2) There is no live customer service, only email contact. Two days, still no answer, although we phrased our concerns with the politesse of an educated Indian.
3) Aside from the illegality of hijacking a paying customer's page (you're 'allowed' to do it at free hosting sites), it is entirely unethical. We recommend that you avoid this host. We also have accounts with Bluehost (fast and reliable, very inexpensive), powweb, which has poor service but good servers, and with WESTNIC, and GODADDY, and APOLLO, and 1and1, and, other than APOLLO, which is okay, are mostly great hosts.VEXXHOST is not even in our top25 of our 32 hosting companies handling our hundreds of full-sized websites.
Nice hosting, I have an article directory web site with nearly 100,000 articles, yet it works perfectly, support is responsive and god also, I recommend.
A cheap hosting, giving too much for what they ask you to pay.
Very helpfull at the beginning (during the first 30 days while you can still cancell your membership), even if a bit slow replyng.
Overal, this hosting is very good for hosting small websites, even with a small sql database.
If you get a bit bigger, you might have your account CANCELED, GET NO REFOUNDS ,for a reason like "you used over the 5% of service cpu power".
My account is still blocked after a week, their replyes email are coming slower and slower. They didn't even allow me to make a backup.
Glad that I did before, and I re-upped my site somewere else (were is working perfectly).
Sometime, when you put a lot of effort on a website, payng even 4 times more is not a matter. Just, don't believe that what they offer is the same as those who asks 15$ a months. This hosting offers a good
price - performance ratio : cheap crap.
My Auto responder website was a nightmare for me, I was always kicked out from web hosting companies simply because I email too much, my responder was double optin and there were no spam issues. But with you, things changed, I am relaxed and can concentrate on my main business. Also you have a very responsive technical support that really helps answer my questions.
