They are crooks.
I used their servers for 2 months and they provided real bad service,
I have sent them a question and they said they charge me for $150/hour to help me with that.
once I canceled my servers they told me that I have signed for one year contract and I have to pay cancellation fee!!!
Now they are sending emails every week asking for $1200 for early cancellation fee!
By all means avoid this provider!! Support is horrible, response is horrible, customer service is horrible
Sorry to be soo negative but this is the absolute truth. If you read Kelley's comments above these are some of the issues you will experience.
I will not be surprised if they are out of business very shortly

I've had a server colocated with this provider for over a year now. Service has always been amazing. They have the fastest network of any provider that I've used so far (and that's a lot!). They're always quick to help me diagnose issues with my server, even though I'm not technically a "managed" client. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a competent, reliable, and affordable host.
I've been with this service provider for more than 5 years. During that time there had been obvious growing pains as facilities changed, billing systems were upgraded, etc. All of that was reasonably well handled for a while. Recently, their service and response time began to suffer. Voxel was giving me some free services (mostly in apology for past screwups) so I tried to look past it, but then a scheduled server move went awry. A freight elevator broke during the move but rather than tell any of their clients (or me), they just decided to take machines down without notice the following week and move them. This brilliant move cost me 3 clients and one of those 3 clients tens of thousands of dollars. When asked about what went wrong, there were different answers every time, none of which was the truth. Add to this the fact they they routinely charge credit cards without asking, even when they claim to have removed the credit card from the system. I find it hard to believe that after 5 years, a very long time for anybody to be hosted the same place, that they would lie to me this way, especially after I told them I didn't believe their stories and that I knew they were lying to me.
Their network is okay when they aren't randomly unplugging machines, and they have several very knowledgable technicians, but an ISP is only as good as it's leadership, which in Voxel's case is very much lacking. I don't recommend this ISP to anybody because they are dishonest, communicate badly when communication is possible (911 in their phone system likes to reroute to the main menu for instance), and don't follow through on any of the things they say they will.
With the exception of one period of a few hours, there has never been a problem with their servers being down. The representative is always friendly, and any questions are generally answered within the hour by e-mail. Going further, one month where payment was accidentally forgotten, they did not take down my site and provided ample time to make the payment with no additional charges. As far as speed goes, things have never had split-second load-times, but are in general very fast. There you go: fast, friendly, and reliable.
