I switched to WebResellers from PeopleHost about a year ago because of frequent outages at absolutely no support from PeopleHost. WebResellers has been a pleasant surprise. I have had one outage in the year, I called the number on the website, someone actually answered and had the problem fixed in no time. The same thing would take days to fix at PeopleHost. |

I'm so glad that I singed up with this host. Everything has been nothing but perfect. No errors, no downtime, and OMG the Cpanel is FANTASTIC, it's the same type as Cpanel 11 but a little different, yet everything is easy to find, and they have a tutorial for those that need help with it. The uptime is just great! I really love this host and I will stay here. Finally I found the perfect place. Ohh and the shared plans are very affordable. I have the $5.50 a month shared plan, it gives me 50gb space and 1000gb of bandwidth. Click on webhosting once there to see all the Linux shared plans. I recommend this host to EVERYONE! You will be glad to be hosted here. I know I am.

I have used several hosting packages in the past. Webresellers is the best! My main issue with host packages is support. I don't mind having problems here and there, but my utmost requirement is good service.
Webreseller's support is amazing. I had three initial problems (one which was their fault and two which had nothing to do with them) and all were resolved super-fast. Even though one required a server package change and another required changes to the cpanel software, they were fixed within an hour.
Also, they have live support chat (something I didn't really find elsewhere for this price) and a large amount of storage and bandwidth all for great prices.
What else could a webmaster want?
Highly recommended.
I know I just signed up to this hosting service (less than a month) but I just had to submit this review. I'll be happy to update in the future.

the first thing i was impressed with here was the tech support response time: always within 2 hours, no matter when.
also, my website is speedy and i've never seen any downtime. (emphasis on i've never seen)
then it came time for me to set up email for myself. and i found that quite simply, it didn't work in any way. so i told them about it, and after more than one try, they found the problem: my domain wasn't listed in the file /etc/localdomains.
so it was fixed, and for a while. but then the problem mysterously resurfaced. and this time they determined (after a few incompetent guesses) that this time i wasn't listed in /etc/localhosts. what gives?
all i know at this point is that my email is working at the moment.
overall positives: fast server, good uptime, quick support response most of the time. oh plus, i asked to moderate their forums and they let me, just like that! (but it's not like i have anything to do there other than delete all the spam that comes in. cuz NOBODY uses it.)
negatives: weird email problem that affected only me (that's what they said), tech support only knows what they're talking about 75% of the time. |

Webresellers have consistently offered me a great deal and introduced great packages (like Mambo) that helped me build my website and keep track of traffic and other maintenance. Customer service has always been fast and eager to resolve any question. I think they are great and will be with them for many more years. |

First off I should say that I have used/tried many hosting providers over the past 8 years. I have also run multiple dedicated servers. I no longer have (or have the need for) a dedicated server and I was searching for an affordable host that would accomidate a website for a client of mine that relies heavily on php and a mysql database (about 150 mb) of text and images. After multiple failed attempts to find a reliable host I found Webresellers via this website, webhostingjury.com. Since they had a free 30 day trial, I figured I'd give it a shot, test out its reliability and speed. Other hosts I tried had really bad database reliability. Since trying them out, I have been simply amazed. I have contacted support on multiple things (mainly questions because I am not very familiar with windows hosting). Every time I have had a resolution within 15 minutes. Example. I asked about how to set up a scheduled task (I was attempting to run a script with the wrong path), and they not only told me how to do it, but they fixed my error for me and tested it for me.
They also have an 800 number for support, but there support ticket system is so fast, I haven't bothered calling for anything.
This hosting company is truely everything you would expect, and a whole lot more you wouldn't expect. Though I haven't been with webresellers for a long time yet, I can pretty much guarantee that all of my future web hosting needs will be purchased from them. |

I started with a small package. The service was great. My rep then upgraded me for free and assisted me with moving from VPS to my own server. I have grown from 1 website to 30 and still have clients on the way. They have assisted me with even learning how to maintain my own server. No problem is too big no question is too dumb, they have addressed every issue in the most professional manner. They are by far a one of the greatest companies on the web. |

I initially chose this host because of the many features they offer for such a low price. My site has always been super-fast as well.
I did have email problems for a few weeks after I signed up, but their tech support is second to none. Any problem I have, no matter what priority level, is almost always answered within the hour!! Anyway, it took several tries for them to figure out the problem with my email, but they said that they've never had the problem with anyone else. So mine must be an isolated incident.
Overall, this company is excellent, and I'm sure I'll be with them for a while.
Do note that to get the free trial period of hosting, you have to pay by a monthly "Paypal Subscription" which i think means that when the free period is up, they'll draft the next amount from your paypal acct. I chose to skip the free trial because the monthly rate actually adds up to more over the course of a year. I chose the $9.99 quarterly rate because it works out to be the cheapest. For the quality, you can't beat $3.33 a month! |

I've been with a number of hosting companies over the years and no one has matched the Customer Support / Pricing / Reliability combination that WebResellers has. I now have a resellers account with them and hopefully will be with them for years to come.

We used to host with another company, and we were getting over charged, and their servers were always down. Since moving to Webresellers Co, we have had the best support with answers to our questions within minutes, not days. Supoer fast servers, spam filters, virus protection, DoS blocking, and so much more. If you want you site onlne 24/7/365, I would highly recommend Webresellers.

Great servers (Quad Xeon!!!), great speed (im moving from a reseller to a VPS account, and let me tell you, it is really fast, way more than what i expected), and last but not least, excellent support. The owner is a very knowledgeable and friendly man, he even help me with setting up the servers and script himself.
