Been with them for over 3 months now and all seems fine, had a bit of problem with downtime recently as Lee the owner sold all the commercial customer to another host, but generally they are realyl helpful and cant do enough for you, I had them upgrade my phpnuke database to the latest which was more than helpful. They have completely changed their website to make it more simplistic but I dont think much of it. At the end of the day what counts is the systems and they are great. |

Thank you for your comments on our service, I am pleased you like what we offer, as to the pricing. We price to a level that we provide the best services and support to all of our customers, I appreciate we are not the cheapest in the industry but I also feel we are not the most expensive.

Much like previous comments, a bit pricey although since they cancelled their freephone number the cost saving was passed on to the customer so they are not so pricey now. Overall great product at a reasonable price and the word is they are going into dedicated which is great. Support is a bit slow, tickets usually take up to 24 hours to answer but thats stated in their terms. So overall happy to be with them and no plans to move. |
