Verdict :
Now it is DEAD. No answer who is going to take care of the costemers who have paid for year or for life time?
They have redirected their home page links to some one who do not take responcibility of old accounts.
Please do not recomand either company to any one.

Since I signed up with WorldWebHosters.com, I have had nothing but issues. They overcharged me when I initially signed up and would not respond to my emails asking about the extra charges. My website was up and down continually for over a year and their response to my questions regarding this was scetchy at best. They automatically charged me for a second year in April and, currently, my site has been down for over two months, they have aparantly been sold and have shut their doors. They provide an email address for existing customers but my emails either haven't been received or ignored. So, they automatically signed me up for another year, taking my money without notice and shut their doors a month later, go figure.
I have been with WorldWebHosters for over three years now. In general the pricing is great for the services and space. However their customer support is NON existant and they have major problems with their email. Years ago I received a response saying they could not find any problems and yet I know for a fact I was not the only one sufferring these problems as a friend was also hosted through them. Lately my site has been going down often for days at a time with no word from the hoster as to why. And now their website links to another company name. Would not recommend them to anyone.
For 2 years they were great. Then there was a problem with my email and support was non-existant.
Then I noticed that they billed me 3 times for my yearly hosting plan. Once in November 05, and then an email notice came in Jan. 06 and Feb 06 saying my yearly hosting fee will be charged. I have sent 4 emails a day for weeks and only recieved one reply telling me that they have no record of multiple billings on my account (even though the charges showed up on my VISA bill).
For over a week now I have been contacting them by every email address they have available on their site to clear up the situation and get my money back and I've received no reply.
Stay away from these guys. They only want money and once they have your credit card it's trouble (I'm finding that out now).
As others have said, their customer support and reliability is lacking. I wanted to use and email address associated with my domain as my primary, but I just can't trust it. My site isn't that critical so I've stayed with them because they're pretty cheap but I've had enough.
While they are inexpensive, they have no customer support, it is non-existant. They have charged my account twice each year I've been with them. The only time I was ever able to get a response from someone was the one time I had to upgrade my account. My site has currently been down for 3 days, with no response from them.
no customers services at all . we send emails and never get a answer. Every 2 months I lose contact with their server my domaine simply desappair. And they just renew my paiement for another year.
They is no raison to jam my site it is only foods recipes with very light pages. and i am using only 1/8 of waightband.
they take the money and the hell with the rest.
They charged me twice the yearly fee. I send them 4 e-mails in 3 weeks and I haven't got a reply yet. Their customer support is not responsive at al, and they do not provide any other way of contact.
Hey rob, are you one of the guys in WorldWebHosters.com? It seems like it to me. I can guarantee you it will be sued and backcrupted with jail time for those running the site soon.
Do not host with this company if you have a business or rely on a site that delivers email to all clients. They are blacklisted by a number of hosts, and their customer support is unexisting, they lie to you saying that they have replied when there has been no reply whatsoever, and won't fix the problems with their service. Period.
They don't have any customer support. I had about 4 sites with them, and I used them for my clients and at some point we started having problems, sites down, no customer support, no replies in many cases, and they refused to cancel a package we had with them, no matter what we did. So we had to contact the billing company that handled the payments for hosting in order to ask them to stop billing us since we no longer were interested in hosting with them due to their inexisting customer support. We notified them to not continue billing us and to discontinue billing us in our other sites when the expiration of the sites was due.
they wouldn't reply to ANY of our requests for support until we got so pissed that we had to complain about the situation to the billing company, and what happened? without notice, they deleted our websites, YEARS of email in their servers were lost without recourse, causing us tens of thousands of dollars in damages due to our lost databases held at the sites, and a very expensive legal battle because of the lack of service at worldwebhosters, their incompetence, or simply, their lack of interest in their clients,
Do not, and I repeat this, do not host with these people if you have a business of any kind that relies on a site running smoothly; if you have problems, they won't fix them, they won't reply to your emails asking for support, and worse, if you take the necessary actions for them to fix the problem, say goodbye to your sites, because they will be erased without further notice, and they won't respond to you in any way. They also stole my refund, which they never gave me back after they shut down all the sites for my clients. That company are thieves, period.
Don't host there if you value your time, your money, and your business! there are much better hosts, such as 1and1.com or shieldhost.com, excellent webhosts, my clients host with them and never had a problem in years!
I had no problem with Worldwebhosters for over a year, then my site and email begain going down for a day or so at a time, two to four times a month. So far it has always come back on, but the last time it came up, I used the opportunity to relase the lock on the account so I can switch hosters. I was afraid if I didn't I might get stuck not being able to transfer my domain. They are great when they are working, but when they are not, you'll get no help or return emails from them (unless you email them about upgrading your account)
I was orginally just using my domain space for storage and had no problems. When I installed a forum usinng an sql db it worked fine for awhile, then sql service on my domain would be stopped more and more frequently. Emails to support were rarely replied to, and the issue has often been allowed to persist for more than a day before sql service is restarted on my domain. Maybe I shouldn't have paid for lifetime hosting, since that means they really don't have any reason to bother taking care of my issues, they've already gotten all the money from me they want.
Excellent host. I am a professional webmaster and host my personal sites and business sites with worldwebhosters.com. I have been extremely satisfied with the support responses, both fast and knowledgable. Previous hosts took 48 hours to respond and thought that was prompt. With worldwebhosters I get responses within the hour. This is absolutely needed when clients need a password reset or something and I cannot wait. I strongly recommend worldwebhosters.
