Its about 14 months that I am with X1.
Darin is always working hard, So hard.
Evey time I had a problem darin helped me so much and my problems solved very fast.
They are using RAID5 Technology and network speed is great.
I am satisfied with this service and recommend them.

At first everything was good, Darin was very helpful and seemed to make every effort to take care of any problems. As time went by, it seemed that X1 had more frequent and longer outages often without anyway to contact anyone for a reason why or when it would be resolved. Then finally about 2-3 months ago after a change of servers which was not made clear, I was down for a week and could get no response from Darin or anyone else other than to submit a trouble ticket, which did not work, I moved to hostgator.com. I have sent Darin e-mails on several occasions asking about a refund for the balance of my term with them and received no reply. I seem to have been blocked from their forums, so I can't even post there. I think Darin had a good thing going and let it get out of control.

This is the best host I have ever had. They transferred all of my files so quickly and the customer support just could not be better! When I had trouble with client exec or I wanted someone under my account to have a reseller too, they had no problems fixing it. I can not remember the last time my site was done for more than two minutes. I highly reccommend this host to anyone seeking a good hosting provider. Also, the prices are very very reasonsable. |
