A truly awful host!
I've been with them 2 weeks.
A few days after signing up, I tried to use Fantastico, but cpanel said it was disabled. I went into "live" chat to ask, and waited about 15 minutes. I never got through to anyone, and by that time it had fixed itself.
The next day I needed a CNAME changed on my domain for Google Apps. I again went into lie chat - 10 minutes, no operator.
I sent an email to heir support email address detailing my request - I'm still waiting for a reply, and that was well over a week ago.
I also found out the about half of people in Europe can't see my site at all!
I posted about this bad experience on WHT, and in a few days Sean from XEHost saw it. He replied saying all the problems I'd mentioned in my post had been fixed. I'm not sure what he meant, because the CNAME still isn't changed, I still haven't had a reply to that mail, and some people still can't see my site! |

What can I say about XE Hosting? Well a few things. First off there customer service is great. I had an issue and they responded very quickly and on a Sunday. They contacted me for live one on one support on my AOL account when this issue arose. Also the price is unbeatable for what they give you. The cheapest price alone 2.99 gives you 250mb of space. So what can I say about XE other than that they are the best. |

I signed up for XeHost a few months ago after being refred by a friend and I am greatly impressed! Their high performance servers make sure that my site is always up, and their friendly customer support is able to help me whenever I need help. I could not be more happy with XeHost ;) |
