STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
Worst experience ever... I had problems with my website and contacted them and they never replied my emails, ICQ messages or through open tickets in their support page.
I made a mistake and renewed service and my website has been down for 3 months now, and since they registered my domain for me I am stuck and have lost registration of my domain.

Stay away from them! When it came time to renew, they wouldn't respond to my emails, wouldn't release my domain name to me, etc. I had to go to dispute resolution with Paypay (I won). What a mess!
I called them, emailed them, submitted trouble tickets. No response. Nothing. The only thing that got their attention is when Paypal began beating them with a big stick. Then they refunded my money, but I lost my domain name.
Like I said - stay away from these guys!

They have gone downhill. They were originally good with support, but now I have a ticket open since March 8, 2007. I've tried e-mailing support@web-hosting-ecommerce.net TWICE with no reply. Their site is in shambles with no contact page and I can't get into my cPanel! Their "contact" link takes you to their support page.
I have a domain with them which belongs to me but I'm stuck now that I want to move hosts since they've registered it for me.
I have also experienced downtime where my site was inaccessible (at LEAST half a dozen to a dozen times since I've been with them).
If the staff there reads this, PLEASE contact me immediately (check my e-mail address that I used to sign up in my account details). I want my domain transferred in my name and out of this mess. |

I've been using this host for a few years, and they were fairly good. Over the past six months however the database was incrediably slow so I decided to switch, even after it picked back up again. I had registered my domain through them for free when I set up the site (a mistake I will never repeat) and now I'm trying to get it transferred so that I can change the dns. They haven't replied to my support ticket in 12 days or any of the other methods I've used to try to contact them. Now my domain is set to expire in 5 days. |
