I'm in the process of leaving inethosts because they won't answer my emails. I asked what seems to me a basic question, and a week and a half later, after writing again to ask when I can expect an answer, they won't even send me a basic "we're working on it" email. A few months ago there was a problem where my login account seemed to have gone missing (my site worked but I couldn't log in to make changes). I emailed 3 times to ask what was happening and NEVER got an email response. After a few days the problem simply corrected itself so I stopped asking. They don't list a phone number so I haven't been able to call them. |
